Mr. Mukrim Habeeb graduated with first class honours completing his Bachelor of Commerce degree course in the year 1987 from the prestigious Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics, Bombay. Being a 5th generation entrepreneur with a keen interest and acumen in luxury jewellery and diamonds trading, taking over from his father, he started his professional career in Hong Kong and managed the group’s operation there, including Thailand and Belgium from 1987 to 1997. However, on seeing the potential of Dubai and the GCC as a whole, emerging as an important business destination he started focusing more in Dubai from the 1990’s.

In the year 1993 when Mashreq International LLC Dubai, was established, he got the opportunity to coordinate and look after the needs of Mashreq International LLC in the Far East, being conveniently based. As his involvement in the activities of Mashreq International LLC grew and understanding the potential of Dubai in particular and the GCC in general, he decided to shift base and moved over to Dubai in 1997. After getting a thorough, hands on experience of the culture of doing business in the GCC and being involved in depth, in the business activities of Mashreq International LLC, he decided to take his first step in creating and shaping his own business empire by buying over expat ownership of Mashreq International LLC as shareholder and Managing Director in the year 2000. Subsequently he was involved in establishing other companies in the GCC on whose board he serves till date.

He has being a key member of the project, playing a major role in coordinating with OMRD and the Allied Group and the rest of the contractors, and also serves as a conduit between the family and OMRD and is involved in all activities of OMRD.

Mr. Abdul Wadood is a mechanical engineer having graduated from The College of Engineering, Guindy, and has a Master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin, Madison (USA). He has over 30 years of experience in Property Development and construction industry and has consistently achieved the best return for his shareholders and investors. Mr. Wadood is a visionary with significant experience and expertise in organization building. He provides improved understanding of both near and long-term business issues, blueprints, effective strategic and tactical execution.

He is the key member of this project and plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between OMRD and Allied.

Mr. Aslam Packeer is a key member of the project and is in charge of the day to day operations of OMRD.
